Professor Jiang holds a master's degree in computer information systems from South Dakota State University and a master's degree in linguistics from Jilin University.

Terrill Freese, an assistant professor at San Antonio College, has more than 20 years of computer experience in the telecommunications, software support, and financial industries. She holds a bachelor's degree in applied computer science from Illinois State University and a master's degree in technology in training and education curriculum from Nova Southeastern University. She holds A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, and CCAI certifications.
