Allen Winold, Professor of Music Emeritus at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music, has written numerous books on music theory and history. He has been an active composer, arranger, violinist, and conductor, and has given master classes and seminars throughout the world.
Ray Robinson studied violin as a child, and viola and conducting at San Jose State University. His masters and doctoral degrees, in conducting and musicology, were earned at Indiana University's School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana. Following appointments at Cascade College (Portland, Oregon), The Peabody Conservatory of Music (Baltimore), Westminster Choir College (Princeton), and Cambridge University's Wolfson College (England), Professor Robinson joined the faculty of Palm Beach Atlantic University in 1989 where he teaches courses in conducting and musicology.
