Philip E. Dow (M.Phil., Cambridge University) is superintendent of Rosslyn Academy in Nairobi, Kenya. Dow has over a decade of classroom experience, teaching advanced courses in social studies and history at the high school level. He is currently finishing work on his dissertation, "The Missionary Factor in U.S. Relations with East and Central Africa during the Cold War" for Cambridge University.
