Grant Reeher is associate professor and director of graduate studies in the political science department at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He is also a Senior Research Associate at Maxwell's Center for Policy Research, and on the adjunct faculty at the Federal Executive Institute. In addition, during 2004-2005 he was a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at George Washington University's Institute for Politics, Democracy, & the Internet.
