Amy Kesselman iwas an active member of a Chicago Women’s Liberation in the late 1960’s. She is currently Professor of Women’s Studies at the State University of New York at New Paltz where she has taught women’s studies and women’s history since 1981. She received a Master’s degree in history from Portland State University and began teaching women’s studies at Mount Hood Community College, in Gresham , Oregon..
