John Morrison is currently Professor of Social work at Aurora University where he teaches courses in social policy, research, administration and community practice. He served as MSW Program Chair for over a decade. He served as Chair of the Association for Community Organization and Social Administration (ACOSA). He has been a member of the board of directors of the Illinois Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and continues to provide leadership to its International Network. He is a board member of several agencies in Chicago and has been a member of the Nominating Committee of the Council on Social Work Education.
