Before coming to Penn State in 2001, Jerry was a counselor educator and Assistant Dean at Texas A and M University-Commerce and a counselor educator at University of Alabama-Birmingham. He is currently Coordinator of the Secondary School Counseling Program at Pennsylvania State University. Jerry has published numerous research studies in ACA journals, psychology journals, and education journals, and he has published a book on multicultural counseling. He is currently Associate Editor for "Quantitative Research for Journal of Counseling and Development", the flagship journal in the counseling field.
