Beginning in 2007, the exam will include questions on documentation and a new "synthesis essay." This updated guide reflects those changes and includes subject reviews and six practice tests. Barbara V. Swovelin (Del Mar, CA) has taught AP classes since 1982. She is an AP Reader and has taught graduate test preparation classes in the LSAT and GMAT.

BARBARA V. SWOVELIN has taught AP and Honors classes since 1982. She serves as an AP English Exam Reader and a College Board Consultant. She has also taught graduate-level test preparation classes at California universities since 1986, and currently teaches at Torrey Pines High School in Del Mar, California.
