Mr. Dreifus started and led the Advanced Card practice for Anderson Consulting and has been involved in numerous smart card projects in the United States and worldwide as an advisor and/or system integrator. Henry is currently Chief Executive Officer of DAL, the leading smart card consulting and integration firm, with offices in Orlando, Florida; Salt Lake City, Utah; Manila, Philippines; and Brussels, Belgium. Formerly a vice president with Citibank, responsible for advanced technologies including the implementation of a private telecommunications infrastructure for their worldwide banking interests, and a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick, Tom has coauthored more than 150 articles and two books on information services for the financial community. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of DAL.
