Thom Brooks is Reader in Law and Associate in Philosophy at Durham University, UK. His books include The Global Justice Reader (2008), New Waves in Ethics (2009), Global Justice and International Affairs (2012), Punishment (2012) and The Oxford Handbook of Global Justice (co-edited with Thomas Pogge, forthcoming). Brooks is the founding editor of the Journal of Moral Philosophy .
