DEBBIE ROSAS and CARLOS ROSAS met in 1981 and, together created Nia, the first fusion fitness technique. They have appeared on numerous television and radio programs, including Good Morning America, as well as in over 400 newspapers and magazines, including Harper's Bazaar, Self, Shape, and The New York Times. They live in Portland, Oregon.
