SCOTT TIFFIN is Director of Research and International Relations, School of Business, Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, Santiago, Chile. Previously, as director of the Institute for Latin American Business at Babson College, he founded the International Conference on Entrepreneurship in Latin America.
