Lynn Davies (1954) grew up in Moncton, NB, where her parents ran an independent bookstore, the Bookmark. After living for sixteen years in Nova Scotia, she moved to McLeod Hill, NB. Davies' first collection of poetry, The Bridge That Carries the Road (1999), was nominated for a Governor General's Award. Her children's stories have appeared in several anthologies.
