Willie Cooper, a well-seasoned grill master, has been cooking with fire for almost two decades. A graduate of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School, he has labored in the kitchens of several renowned chefs, including Jean-Francois Taquet and the late Jean-Louis Le Palladin. Today, he is a personal chef and cooking instructor in his own right.
