Dr. Kimberly Persiani-Becker (Los Angeles, CA) is an Asst Professor of Curriculum and Instruction at Cal State University. She lectures frequently at national teacher’s conferences in the US and Canada. Steve Springer and Brandy Alexander (Los Angeles, CA) are both mentors and master teachers with years of classroom experience in both private and public schools. Springer has worked in the Los Angeles school district for 16 years and has developed and implemented many training programs within the district; Alexander recently received a "Golden Apple" award for his classroom excellence. This will be their fourth book for McGraw-Hill.

Steve Springeris a fulltime classroom teacher with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, with a special focus on the arts throughout the subject areas and the incorporation of technology into the curriculum.
