Professor Lester E. Heitger, CPA, taught for many years in the Accounting Department at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. While there, he created and taught a graduate level course in Forensic and Investigative Accounting. In the fall of 2008, he accepted the position as the BKD Distinguished Professor of Forensic Accounting in the School of Accountancy at Missouri State University.
