The Intensivist Program provides continuous on-site critical care coverage for Northern Westchester Hospital patients since 2003. Dr. Weinberg and his team are a very important resource for the hospital and the community.”Dr. Weinberg graduated from the University of Connecticut, School of Medicine, Farmington, Connecticut in 1981. He completed his medical internship and residency at the McGaw Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois from 1981 to 1984. His post-graduate training in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine was completed at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, California from 1984 to 1986.Dr. Weinberg received the Physician of the Year Award from Northern Westchester Hospital in 2006 for exhibiting the highest commitment to quality and the utmost collegiality with physicians, nurses and staff.
