Diane Z. Shore and Jessica Alexander have collaborated on several children's books. One thing they have learned while cowriting stories is that when people join together, they can accomplish great things. Both authors live with their families in metro Atlanta, Georgia. James E. Ransome's highly acclaimed illustrations for Let My People Go won the NAACP Image Award.
