Jan Roberts-Dominguez is the author-illustrator of four other cookbooks: Green Cuisine; Sandwich Cuisine-Oregon Style; The Mustard Book; and The Onion Book. Her award-winning weekly columns, Food For Thought and Fresh Approach have appeared in various newspapers since 1983. Preserving, a seasonal column on preserving food, had a 20-year run in The Oregonian FOODday section beginning in 1987.
