My name is Constance Kinney. I am from a small town in Arkansas by the name of New Hope. Growing up in such a small town, I had to face many challenges. Throughout all of the challenges that I had to face, my mother taught me always to trust in God to see me through. Once I was a teenager she found what she thought to be a better chance for survival for me and my two brothers. We lived in Kansas City Kansas until I was 17. We then moved to Saint Louis Missouri. Since 1992 I have been going back and forth from Saint Louis to Arkansas. Moving so much as a youth, I felt alone until my first child was born in 1993. Kelsy, my first child was followed by twins in 1994, Ciera and Sarah.… Unfortunately I lost Sarah on November 18, 1994. Both Kelsy and Ciera filled the void of Sarah's absense. In 1999 I married a man from Monticello, Arkansas, Sam Kinney Jr. He, myself, and my two children started a life together. We stayed married until 2006 and divorced. Although we were divorced we stayed in contact and remarried in 2008. In 2007, I started college to acquire a degree to better myself. Becacause of personal circumstances I had to take a brief break and will not be completing my degree until 2012. I enjoy writting and that helps me with my papers for class. As a child and now, my imagination is all over the map. I enjoy creating life for the people in my imagination. This is one of the reasons why I was able to create the Strong family. Throughout the process of writting The Strong's a lot of things from my past resurfaced; both good and bad. The number one inspiration for The Strong's is God. I am a strong believer in Christ and pray to him before I do anything, I didn't always do this. I pray that The Strong's is not just a blessing to me, but to everyone who reads it.
