He also gave 100 1. more by a Bond assigned to the Society. The Right Honourable the Earl of Hertford has signified his Intention of appropriating to this School his Subscription of 20 1. Yearly, and of perpetuating it; and that he will accommodate the Society with Lands. The Society have accepted this Proposal. N- lit. MONASTEREVEN, County of Kim Are. TH E late Right Hon. Edward Earl of Drogheda, and the Right Hon. Charles now Earl of Drogheda, having proposed to grant to the Society Two Acres in Perpetuity, of the Lands called the Curraghane's, Rent-free; and also Forty Acres of the Lands of Kill, near Monastereven, in the County of Kild.ire, for Three Lives renewable sor ever, without Fine, at the yearly Rent of 7 s. per Acre, for a Charter School, for the Reception of Fifty Children. "7Redenck Trench, Esq; m ofder to have a School erected at this Place, hath t proposed to the Society to grant Two Acres of Land in Perpetuity, Rentfree; and aWb a Lease, of Fifteen Acres more in. Perpetuity, Rent-free during his Life, and after bis Death, as such Rent as the Society (hall think advifeable; he hath also proposed to build the School House and Offices, for a Siirrr of 3001. on which he will engage to expend the Sum of 5001. but believes they will cost Him nearer 6001.
