Mitch Kaplan is a lifelong New Jersey resident and the author of 52 Weekends in New Jersey and New Jersey: An Explorer's Guide , as well as other travel guides and hundreds of articles in newspapers and magazines on travel, skiing, and golf.
Charlie lives in New England and has skied virtually every major North American and European resort. He is a black-diamond skier, but a double-diamond apr�s-skier with great energy and dancing ability. He knows which resorts have the best wine lists and the best bacon-and-eggs breakfasts. He is seen regularly on MSNBC and PBS as a travel expert.
