My book is yet to arrive, I am unhappy about it.
Cancelled order 4days before shipment. Due to individualin the business not paying attention and checking Business accouNts, my credit card was charged and shipnent still made. Returned book and a week later still have not received a refund. I would never do business with this company again and am reporting this fraud.
condition great, took full 15 days to receive.
I got it within a week of ordering it! The only thing wrong with it wasn't that big of a deal! It said it was an instructor's edition and it turned out not to be but that's okay! Thank you so much!
