4. A 15% restocking fee is applicable for book returns because of class canceled, lecturer changed the book, wrong book purchased
5. Full refund only will be issued if we send out the wrong book
6. Tracking number will be uploaded in TextbookRush and through email (in case you don’t receive it, please check your junk folder)
7. The buyer shall be responsible for their own collection.
8. Should you miss the delivery, please contact DHL/UPS customer service to schedule another delivery.
If your shipment is returned to us marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, you will need to place a new order.

Surprised I was able to find the international (cheaper) edition of the book, but this seller delivered!
You couldn't get the right book if it hit you in the face
First of all the delivery service left the book on my carport for my dog to completely chew up the package but thankfully not the book. Secondly... the order states that the book is brand new with access package then we receive the book and it has no cd or access card. How can you sell a book called Management Plus My Management Lab with Pearson EText - Access Card Package and not include the Access Card Package. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!
Good price, brand new COULDN'T ask for anything more
The order clearly indicated it was a package with the access code. Why then in the description it says it does not include the access code? That is extremely poor marketing and very nearly an illegal practice. Very irritated that not only did I waste my time and money on this product but it is now interfering with my schoolwork and grades.
The textbook was just as described: new, shrinkwrapped, and in excellent condition. Thank you!
