Two books were ordered on Friday, 4/12/19 and I still have not received them as of Friday, 5/3/19 -- three weeks later.

The book is in great shape, but I am highly disappointed that it was not listed that the book wasn't in color. I ordered an accounting book and there are tons of charts in the book that should have been in color. I would have kept looking had I known the book wasn't in color.
Seller is quick to respond. But unlike American sellers, customer service is not good.
The book arrived on the 19th day of the order. It is from India by international parcel post. They folded the cardboard and shipped it roughly. The cover of the book was slightly ripped, wrinkled here and there, and repackaged with plastic. There was some dust in the inside of the book. Classmates from India also said I received an unacceptable used book. Unlike American publications, the paper was very thin a

The item was exactly as described. Even though it said they ship from AZ or CA, they shipped from India, and it got here (delivered to my door) in 4 days. I think shipping within the US takes longer. The book was new, soft cover, just as the listing showed. I'd buy from them again.
