We were not happy with the condition of the book when it arrived. It was rated "very good" but arrived with writing all over the outside and inside of the book and a very nasty picture drawn on the inside cover. I was not happy at all and was disappointed that someone rated this book as "very good".

SUPER FAST shipping, item was indeed "almost perfect-" to me it looked new. Would definitely purchase from this seller again!
Book arrived as promised (and shipping notification was very clear with tracking info so I could find out how and when item would arrive.) Book condition was very very good - "minor wear" was very minor, and I cannot imagine how some tween kids could have kept the book in such good condition (unless they never pulled it out of their lockers!) Thank you.
Quick delivery. Book was just as described, like new. Very pleased.
1. Nobody from your company has replied to my prior email about the very late shipping of the book ordered on 8.22.
2. I want the shipping fees refunded.
3. Your website said the book would be shipped same or next day. I ordered it on 8.22. It did not get shipped until 8.28.
Your promise is false and misrepresents the actual process.
4. I ordered the book from you because you offered the best shipping guarantee. You have overpromised and underdelivered.
