The book finally arrived - 10 days after the order was placed. I am very disappointed that I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took so long. Honestly - 10 days from Missouri to Florida - did it go by way of China? Also, had it been shipped in a box then it would not have arrived bent with the front cover almost cracked. Very poor experience, I cannot see myself ordering from this company again or recommending it to my classmates.
Seller response: Honestly Shelly, it's not fair. Please understand that once I drop the book off at the post office it is no longer in my hands to control the book getting there it may be that it arrives late or gets lost in transit. Your book arrived late, so I refunded your extra shipping money.
I think we don't deserve this situation, it's not my fault.

I ordered a book over a week ago and I have not recieved it yet. I have emailed the seller and I am still waiting to hear from them!!!!! I ordered a total of seven books from different sellers and i have recieved all but this one.

I have repeatedly requested a tracking number, seller claims textbook was shipped, but still will not provide a tracking number. I paid for expedited shipping, and seriously doubt that my textbook has been shipped, otherwise they would provide a tracking number instead of repeatedly stating that they will contact the post office to obtain one. If this is the type of seller on textbooksrus, I will go elsewhere next semester!

You bought the book on Friday, you paid expedited shipping and it was shipped the first business day (on Monday)and it was delivered 4 days later.
